The SM East varsity Lancer Lacrosse team played their first playoff game against the Mill Valley Jaguars on Thursday, May 7. The game started off strong for the Lancers after they scored 2 goals in the first 2 minutes. They continued their high scoring run and ended the first quarter 5-0. In the first play of the second quarter freshman Graham Wilkinson scored, followed by another immediate score to give the Lancers a 7-0 lead. The Lancers allowed one Mill Valley goal, to end the half with a score of 12-1. Mill Valley scored 4 goals in the third quarter and one in the fourth quarter. The Lancers scored 6 more goals, with the last one by sophomore Mark Mallory. The final score was 18-5.

The varsity Lancer Lacrosse team will play their next playoff game on Tuesday, May 2 at Bishop Miege against Northland High School at 6:30 p.m.
